Finance

Purpose

The Finance Department has the overall responsibility for the administration of the city's fiscal affairs. This includes accounting, central purchasing, treasury management and utility billing. 

Duties

The Finance Department coordinates an annual audit with the independent auditor and prepares the city's comprehensive annual financial report and prepares all federal, state and regulatory reports required by law.
