The city’s popular summer camp program will open for registration Monday, March 2, and run from June 1 through July 31. The nine-week program is for children ages 5 to 14 and will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Free breakfast and lunch will be provided daily, along with weekly swim sessions, weekly field trips, sports, arts and crafts, and indoor and outdoor games.
There are four sites in Daytona Beach for this year’s summer camp program:
- Cherry Cultural & Educational Center, 925 George W. Engram Blvd.
- Schnebly Recreation Center, 1101 N. Atlantic Ave.
- Sunnyland Recreation Center, 825 Washington St.
- YSG Cultural & Educational Center, 1000 Vine St.
Families may choose from the following pricing options: $270 per child for all nine weeks (June 1–July 31); $175 for the first five weeks (June 1–July 3); or $140 for the last four weeks (July 6–July 31).
